"Are You Ready for the Grand Opening of Our Dock Diving Pool House? Get the Latest Updates Here!"

There is a bright future ahead as we near the completion of this project next week. Mark, Blaine, and Josh have dedicated significant time and effort to ensure everything is in order.

The Dock has undergone a transformation recently, with the installation of a rubber lining featuring a raised grid system to facilitate proper drainage. This improvement will prevent water from constantly spilling onto the floor.

Following the preparation process, the turf installation on the main part of the dock commenced. Careful attention was given to ensure that the turf was stretched, perfectly fitted, and accurately cut to provide optimal traction for the dogs utilizing the area. The completion of this step is crucial not only for the safety of the animals but also for the overall functionality and aesthetics of the dock. During dock diving we need the dock to have good traction.

As the main section of the dock received its turf covering, the focus then shifted towards the ramp area and the baby dock. These sections are eagerly awaiting the delivery of their turf, which is expected to arrive today. The anticipation is high as the grass is currently en route on a truck somewhere in Louisiana, making its way to to us.

In the meantime Mark went ahead and hung the gates and attached the locks. He's also putting some finishing touches on wood work. It will be time to stain, most of the wood is drying out... It's taking a while cause it's not in the sun. But Nikki is ready to get her stain on! If your interested in helping just let us know!

Pre-registration for pool rentals is now closed. As soon as the grass is in, we will be able to determine a soft opening date VERY shortly! Please check your emails during the upcoming week/weekend. I want everyone to have the opportunity to practice before the event! The final sprint is approaching, and although there is still a lot of work to be done on the space itself, the dock will be ready for jumping before the event.

Next steps, put on the rest of the turf, attach ramp, stain deck!

Mark is constructing the hydro dash rig with a neighboring metal shop next door. Lots of little details like that all in the mix.
